Fucked Up Questions
Shipping & Payment
What kind of payments do you accept and is it secure?
I accept payments through Paypal, which is extremely secure and fast and easy to use! If you don’t already have a Paypal account, you can still use Paypal to pay by credit card.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, I provide FREE worldwide shipping with tracking, which takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive :)
How long will it take to get my order?
Can I get my order faster?
Yes, I also offer an expedited 2-3 day delivery for $28 USD. If you need your package by a certain date, please email me before you place your order to make sure I can make it in time (each item is handmade).
Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Your local customs office might require you to pay taxes on your package depending on the total value of your order. If you are required to pay taxes, they can hold the package until you come to collect it at your post office and pay the tax fee. For example, the U.S. requires you to pay tax on international packages valued at $75 USD and more. Please note that I have no responsibility for or control over your local customs office. It’s a good idea to check the website of your country’s customs office about its policies.
What if my package gets lost?
I ship all items with tracking. If you think your package is lost, please check the latest tracking status of your package by visiting Israel Post. If tracking does not provide an answer, please file a lost package claim with your local post office to report that the package is lost. Please notify me once you file the lost package claim. After you file the claim, if the package does not arrive to you within 30 days or it is not returned to me by your post office within 45 days, I will either replace the item for you or issue you a full refund of the purchase- your choice!
Refunds & Returns
Do you offer returns, refunds and exchanges?
Care & Repair
Can I wear my jewelry in water?
If your item is 925 silver or gold, then, yes, you can wear it in water. But, if your item is plated brass, then, no, you cannot wear it in water. With plated brass, water destroys the silver tone finish. Please avoid wearing your plated brass jewelry when showering, swimming, at the beach, or wearing it on top of sunscreen.
How can I prevent my jewelry from tarnishing?
Metal tarnishes naturally over time when exposed to water and air (in a process called oxidation). Pure silver and gold jewelry can be polished to get rid of the tarnish. Plated brass cannot be polished but stays shiny and bright as long as it is not in contact with water. If your jewelry is not silver or gold, avoid getting it wet and when you are not wearing it, store it in a closed box to prevent oxidation.
Can my jewelry break?
Although metal seems super strong, it can break if you put a lot of stress on it (pulling a chain for example). LINKEDGE jewelry is made strong and from quality materials, but nevertheless, it can break if the wearer is not mindful. I offer free repair if you accidentally damaged your jewelry.
What if my item needs repair?
If the item you purchased requires repair, please email pictures of the damaged item to linkedgejewelry [at] gmail.com. You are responsible for the cost of shipping it for the repair, and we I ship it back free of charge. Please note, I reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs due to improper or irresponsible care of the item.
Materials & Metal Allergies
What materials do you use and where are they from?
I ethically source all of my materials from trusted jewelry suppliers in Israel, Turkey and the US. My designs are made from pure 925 silver, gold or brass plated with nickel for a silver-tone finish. Please carefully read the item description to find out the materials used for that particular piece.
What should I know about metal allergies?
Although it’s rare, some people have allergies to non-precious metals (ex. brass, nickel) and can only wear precious metals like pure gold and silver. Like with any allergy, it’s important to know your own needs. I clearly list the materials used in each item, and they are of the highest quality from trusted suppliers in Israel, Turkey and the US. Please read the details thoroughly in the item description. If you are allergic to non-precious metals, I do have a selection of designs in pure 925 silver and gold.
Why use nickel or brass?
Nickel and brass are great metals for jewelry that cost less than silver or gold. So, the advantage is that you can buy these pieces at lower price points. Brass has been used for thousands of years and nickel for over 300 years. For those who prefer nickel-free jewelry, I have items in pure 925 silver and gold.

Who the f*ck do you think you are?
A genius hippie from the future who makes badass jewelry.
Are your designs ethically made?
I'm the only one making them, so yes. Although, sometimes I'm an asshole to myself.
Do you have a metal fetish?
Clearly. And that's because: Metal is magnetic. Metal is liquid and solid. Metal conducts energy. Metal is reflective. Metal makes up the Earth's entire core. Metal is in our blood.
